We are seeking a motivated person to perform all the required cleaning tasks of a busy hospital during normal business hours. The role requires previous cleaning experience, the ability to work without direct supervision and good understanding of Infection Control & Workplace Health and Safety.

The Role

Reporting to your Supervisor's you will deliver a range of cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Specialised cleaning of clinical areas;
• General cleaning of designated areas, scrubbing, dusting, mopping etc;
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment;
• The removal of rubbish from internal and external bins;
• Use of mechanical equipment such as high-pressure hose and scrubbers;
• Housekeeping duties.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

• A minimum of 2years experience in cleaning in a similar environment is desirable
• Have a strong focus on time management and be able to demonstrate attention to detail
• The ability to work well in team environment
• Excellent presentation
• Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
• The successful candidate will possess pride and a strong work ethic to be able to achieve the highest quality of work.
