Neil Rickleman

BVSC + General Manager

Prior to joining BVSC in 2022, Neil’s career included government, corporate and consultancy roles across a range of industries. With degrees in both Commerce and Economics at Qld University, his work journey has been a unique one covering accountancy, business analysis, commercial and PR roles.  Working for Rio Tinto for 13 years provided Neil the opportunity to grow by tackling different professional challenges and learning from great people, some who remain mentors today. 

His work also involved travel in Asia and experiencing new cultures that has helped shape his outlook. In recent years, Neil has found his ‘sweet spot’ in General Management roles that cover diverse areas of responsibility and where his experience can add value and help people reach their potential.  In his spare time Neil loves playing tennis and pickleball, testing Crème Brûlée in Brisbane restaurants and shower singing.
