Nathan commenced his career as a Radiation Therapist in human hospitals, completing his studies at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane.  Since then, Nathan has worked extensively in hospitals in Canada, Switzerland as well as Australia with a career spanning over 30 years. He has also taught Radiation Therapists for several years in undergraduate university degree programs and postgraduate professional development courses.  Additionally, Nathan completed an Honours Degree in Zoology at the University of Queensland and has subsequent academic, training and research experience. Having been a wildlife carer and rescue animal foster parent, Nathan says his role at BVSC provides him with the opportunity to combine his Radiation Therapist skills with his compassion towards companion animals..
