+ Payment

You will receive an estimate of fees prior to your pet’s treatment.  Depending upon the procedure or surgery required, a deposit of 50% of the estimated fee is to be paid before the commencement of the procedure or surgery.  Full payment of your account is required at discharge of your pet.  We accept cash, cheque, visa, mastercard and eftpos.  The estimate you receive is not a firm quote and we will inform you of additional charges that may arise through the management of your pet’s treatment.  The final account may, in fact, be less than that estimated.

At BVSC we can also facilitate your application for a line of credit with reputable veterinary finance companies.  Please ask us for more information.  Credit applications need to be completed as soon as possible to allow time for approval before your pet is discharged. 

 

+ Pet Insurance

GapOnlyLogoOur friendly Client Service Team will happily assist you with your insurance claim for your pet. 

At BVSC we offer GapOnly insurance. We can lodge your GapOnly claim on the day of your appointment and it is assessed in approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you may pay the account in full, in which case we will the process the claim as an eClaim so that the reimbursement will be paid directly to your account. Once the claim has been assessed and approved, you simply pay the gap fee and go.

If you are not eligible for a GapOnly insurance claim, our client service team will be more than happy to assist you in processing your claim.
